Ø Simply put, it’s Natural Solution Language (NSL)
invention has found a way of talking to the computer - through text or
voice - like one talks to a friend
Ø As a result, the programming-based solution
development effort is eliminated.
Solutions that would otherwise take hundreds of person-years of
development time when dealt programmatically can now happen in no time
Ø A few weeks or months of effort is needed just to
establish the existing information and solution landscape and integrations with
customer solutions. Given the nature of NSL paradigm, there is negligible
solution development effort associated with it
Ø Solutions thus developed are not just enterprise-grade
but ‘super enterprise grade’, establishing their dramatic superiority in their
features and functions.
Ø NSL has arisen out of 2000 person-years of effort.
Ø NSL is agnostic to specific natural languages in which
solutions can be written without writing even a single line of code.

Job
Description
Ø Ø Envision, strategize, and execute go to market for NSL HUB offerings across the world. Sitting cross-table with CXOs and decision makers to collaboratively influence them to take the NSL cause forward.
Ø Ø Comprehend and further the cause of a paradigm shifting, transformational and disruptive Solutions Platform like NSL
Ø Ø Anticipate and mitigate potential challenges that arise out of taking a ‘first of its kind’ solution platform to the world.
Ø Ø Provide thought leadership, take end to end ownership of acquiring, maintaining, and developing client relationships.
Ø Ø Oversee the development of new solutions, ‘non-invasive modernization’, digital transformation for the 21st century enterprises, and a spectrum of new age custom solutions being dealt with in compressed timeframes in almost a magical fashion.
Ø Ø Acting as a brand ambassador of the firm, playing a key role in positioning our client for enterprise offerings and lead multidisciplinary engagements and teams with empathy and curiosity
Ø Ø Analysing client businesses to determine how to improve profitability, efficiency, or other measures of success.
Ø Ø Define commercial strategies in the sales and marketing domains along with draft pricing, customer channel and product market combination strategies.
Ø Ø A proven track record of leading complex strategies and projects, across domains for eg, healthcare and life sciences, defence, financial services, or energy sectors
Ø Ø Business process design through NSL capabilities – ability to ‘translate’ high level
Ø Ø Business requirements into thought-through end-to-end operational business processes, addressing the possible challenges raised by operational and/or functional experts.
Ø Ø Prepare and execute a comprehensive plan for change that specifically addresses internal and external problems, opportunities, facing the company using NSL Solutions
Ø Ø Drive P&L targets and oversee risk profile while ensuring that all regulatory obligations are met; and oversees brand development and the implementation of effective marketing strategies.
Ø Effectively manages contract negotiations and statutory compliance.
Ø Ø Social and cultural flexibility in working in a multinational and very dynamic environment with demanding objectives.
Required
Skills and Qualifications
Ø Ø Senior Partner / Partner / Associate partner level in a top-tier strategy consulting firm, solid track record of achievements and success in and out of the industry. Consulting background is mandatory.
Ø Ø Strong sector expertise across TMT, Energy, Materials, Chemicals, Pharma, Lifesciences, Financial Services, and certain spike (Digital, Operational improvement, etc). Strong client relationships across the industry. Extensive knowledge of the strategy consulting industry
Ø Ø Caring, empathetic leader capable of creating positive experiences for colleagues and clients alike
Ø Ø Drive, motivation, go-getter attitude, particularly the ability to develop cogent arguments and present them concisely to a range of stakeholders.
Ø Ø Ability to deal with ambiguity and have fire in the belly that would drive the disruption agenda and propel the organization to the next level.
