Salary: Base $150-250K + 1.5 to 2% uncapped commission

Required Skills and Qualifications
Primary:
● Sales consultant shall be responsible for positioning and selling digital
transformation
solutions to customers.
● Process and Technology Consulting for clients to transform and automate their
current
operations using key technology levers like Web and mobile , Cloud, Analytics, Artificial
Intelligence and ML & other custom solutions.
● Interact with clients, perform data analysis, assess processes and systems,
and make
recommendations on client initiatives.
● The ideal candidate should be hands on and possess an understanding of intelligent/Hyper
Automations solutions, etc. You should have a keen interest in other complementing
technologies e.g., Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Pattern
Recognition, Text Analytics, etc.
● Work closely with practice teams on upselling and cross selling automation
ideas in
existing customer base.
Secondary:
● Work on Process improvement / Business Process Re-engineering initiatives
across the
lifecycle stages
● Diagnose gaps, issues in existing set-up and leverage digital technologies to
get the
proposed solution implemented
● Ability to identify issues, understand end user pain area
● Assist in Business Development, proposals, and proposition creation
● Comfortable working and interacting closely with the C - Suite
executives and can work
independently in a collaborative environment
● Experience in Digital Transformation | Business Transformation | Digital
Strategy |
Consulting is a required
● Program and Project Management skill is a plus
● Support the account management team in working on proactive proposals and
demonstration of our solution stack to end customers
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
● 10+ years of experience in the transformation & automation
domain
● B. Tech + MBA or equivalent
● You have a demonstrated track record of leading strategic
engagements within new and existing accounts for pure play technology and/or
analytics services, while consistently achieving or exceeding quarterly and
annual goals.
● You have strong commercial acumen that you can execute on to manage and
grow revenue.
● You are an effective and credible storyteller with a strong ability to map
client
challenges to internal capabilities, regardless of the competency, and can link
those conversations back to business outcomes.
● You have excellent written, verbal and formal presentation skills allowing
you
to engage client audiences ranging from technical implementers up through Business
and technology C levels.
● You thrive in a collaborative team atmosphere, while defining issues/hypotheses,
performing complex analysis, and assisting with preparation and recommendations
of solution alternatives.
● You have demonstrated experience of leading large teams located globally, and
are seen as a natural people leader, while effectively managing account growth
goals.
● Familiar with Technology Outsourcing services across verticals to lend a strategic
& market perspective
● Excellent communication (both written and oral) skills
