New Sales Acquisition Leader, Healthcare Sector
Salary: OTE $250K-$275K (Base $160K - $175K)

Job Description
You
will be responsible for driving new sales in the IL market. The position
focuses on selling high value, end to end, professional services in areas such
as: digital strategy, data/data visualization, cloud, engineering, 360 views of
client, campaign management, ecommerce, analytics, big data, IoT, etc.
This is a quota carrying, commissioned sales role that we will measure targets on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis. There is a significant emphasis on developing pipeline, meeting targets and exceeding customer expectations. The candidate is required to provide a proven track record of being an over-performer/exceeding quota. Candidate should be self-motivated, detail oriented, good multitasker, and comfortable with using technology and office tools as part of the sales cycle. The target market is large enterprises or upper mid-market.
Responsibilities
Ø Selling Digital capabilities and solutions in a given territory.
Ø Aggressively
prospects and effectively builds and manages a sales pipeline by working with clients, direct networks, marketing, and campaign results – a true
sales hunter role.
Ø Able to
define and set up selling programs that produce consistent results.
Ø Collaborates with business/delivery executive as part of the sales cycle.
Ø Drives
proposal process and participates in proposal development.
Ø Drives
campaigns, events, and other pipeline building activities.
Ø Constructs
deals in accordance to profitability goals
Ø Performs
formal deal reviews.
Ø Manages
pipeline and activities through SFA tool (Salesforce.com)
Ø Facilitates
and actively participates in contract negotiations, contract management and
closure.

Ø 8+ years of successful experience selling IT services and Digital services.
Ø Capable of dealing at C-level and achieving large order values

Strong business development/sales skills,

Experience in managing customers, prospects, and
partnerships.
Ø
Experience in selling global services and/or enterprise class
digital solutions.
Ø
Solutions-oriented by nature and is consultative in approach
to selling.

Experience selling consulting services.

Cold calling ability and energy
Ø Experience selling to clients in the Healthcare Sector
Ø Track record of overachievement of sales quotas YOY

Comfortable working in a hands-on environment and possesses
