Compensation: $170K - $340K (Base $40K + 10% Commission + 10% Profit Share)

Looking for outgoing, disciplined, and self-driven individuals to lead the sales and business development of TALSMART’s products and services. The ideal candidate needs to have experience working with Sales, HR and Talent Acquisition of IT and Software companies selling training and coaching services.
The individual will be driving the 4 TALSMART offerings:
1. Sales Training
2. Sales Assessments
3. Sales Recruitment (Executive Search for Senior Sales Positions)
4. TALSMART Franchise Business in the North America and Worldwide
Rising inflation in the US is affecting IT and Software companies. IT and software companies got hit during these interest hikes and the high cost of borrowing capital. They had to let go a lot of salespeople and now must do more with less. Most of the IT and Software companies have high employer turnover and must work with mediocre salespeople. Moreover, as technology changes every 3 years, these mediocre salespeople fail to adapt quickly, leading to a decline in the revenue of the organization and missed quotas.
This is where TALSMART can help to “Find, Evaluate and Train” salespeople to amplify growth of the IT and Software companies.
Responsibilities:
- Successfully prospect new opportunities via established relationships, and general networking of the targeted account.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, decision makers and influencers at the Customer organization and drive sales.
- Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales.
- Account Planning, revenue forecasting and opportunity management
- Become an expert in client’s portfolio
- Regularly monitor sales trends, market dynamics, competitive information and incorporate into existing account strategy and plan.
- This position reports directly to the Board.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5~7 years of sales or business development, account management selling training, coaching, HR or Talent Acquisition software.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed sales quota by driving deals with a broader team.
- Experienced in building strong, collaborative customer relationships with Business Decision Makers
- Ability to navigate a customer through sales negotiations and technical presentations in person and remotely.
- Demonstrated business communication, presentation and written skills.
