About the job:
·
The
Delivery Head will be managing the final execution of the Deliverables as per
each SOW signed with different clients and manage and grow relationship with
the existing clients.
·
The
Delivery head is responsible for maintaining client relationships in
partnership with the Sales team.
·
The
Delivery Head shall focus on leading and overseeing reporting execution, which
includes coordinating Data Processing and Research Services as needed.
·
The
Delivery Head will play an active role in consulting with Sales and clients on
potential projects as well as preparing the delivery team’s expectations on
projects.
·

job requires an organized and detail-oriented individual who can successfully
manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
·
Assist
the Sales team in conducting detailed due diligence on each client and project
to make an effective prospect plan and define roadmap to reach out to various
stakeholders to position and sell [EE services and platforms.
·
Full
ownership of understanding and delivering on clients’ research objectives.
·
Communicate
and collaborate with clients’ pre-sales to fully understand their research
objectives.
·
Co-ordinate
with the Sales and Bidding team, to help them to quote the most competitive CPI
and there by improve the chances of converting RFQ's into actual business.

Manage
and Lead the Bid Assessment process to ensure better conversion of bids to win.
Define reference benchmark for project type/size/geographies to ensure bidding
on right quality of projects.
·
Ensure
good communication while collaborating with internal resources to execute
project objectives.
·
Identify
the right team internally or externally who would be executing the
deliverables.
·
Device
customized communication and Project Update plans for each client.
·
Proactive
relationship building with planned partners to ensure smooth and effective
delivery.
·
Co-ordinate
with the Data Processing Teams to review appropriate research methodology and
techniques for clients to help meet research needs and set appropriate
expectations.
·
Set
up Project Update Process, TAT, Value Add Matrix, Master template of services
across geographies. Update all project and business pipeline related data on
portals/system.
·
Ensure
that the documentation with clients and partners across all stages is accurate
and as per policy and is reflected in portals/systems.
·
Pre-SOW
call with partners and induct about project for critical projects/clients/ new
partners or markets.
·
Define
Partner SOW terms carefully to ensure 100% of fulfilment from both sides and in
sync compliance with client contracts.
·
Review
project progress with BU Head and Partner SPOC on regular basis.
·
Effective
client communication to ensure client is updated on project status over and
above online access of status on portal by client.
·
Invoicing
and payment communication with finance head, ensuring CFO is in sync with all
financial parameters.
·
Monitoring
feasibility and gross margins of BU on biweekly with MD of Business Unit.
·
Reach
out to clients for feedback on every delivered project without any exceptions.
Minimum Requirement
·
Minimum
7 years’ experience of working in Market Research Industry and a Minimum 5-year
experience in the role of Delivery Manager.
·
Should
have a prior experience of managing projects and studies in North America
region.
·
Should
have prior exposure of working Online Studies and Face to Face studies.
·
Should
have a prior exposure in managing Quantitative and Qualitative studies through
3rd party vendors/partners.
