Associate Business Development Leader
Role: Associate Business Development Leader (Sectors – TMT, Energy, Materials, Chemicals, Pharma, UAV, Lifesciences, Financial Services)
Locations: Remote, United States
Salary: Base $100K - $110K + 5% on invoice monetization

The intellectual property rests with a Singapore-based organization, with solution development and business development arms based out of India and the US. The company is experiencing rapid growth, projected to increase its workforce significantly to meet global demands for its innovative solutions.
Job Description:
Ø Prospect and set up meetings for Business Development Leaders (BDLs) and Transformation Partners (TPs).
Ø Target potential clients who can benefit from a paradigm-shifting, transformational, and disruptive Solutions Platform like NSL.
Ø Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand our customer base globally, with a focus on Enterprise-level clients, preferably Fortune 500 companies, and those in the AI space.
Ø Collaborate closely with technical and product teams to stay updated with the latest developments and innovations in NSL technology.
Ø Translate complex technical information into compelling value propositions for potential clients.
Ø Support the proposal team in developing customized solutions and proposals for client presentations. Ensure these proposals are aligned with the company's capabilities and client needs.
Ø Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
Ø Serve as a point of contact for clients during the sales and onboarding process.
Ø Prepare regular sales reports and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement. Provide feedback to the executive team on market trends, client feedback, and competitive insights.
Ø Manage contract negotiations and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Ø Proven track record in technology consulting or IT services, particularly in selling to enterprise-level clients.
Ø Strong ability to develop compelling arguments and concisely present them to various stakeholders.
Ø Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ø Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Ø Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Ø Ability to handle ambiguity and drive the disruption agenda to propel the organization to the next level.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
Ø Experience working with Fortune 500 companies.
